Luis Cuellar

Luis Cuellar is an experienced civil engineering professional currently serving as Vice President at STV since June 2022. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of Vice President at RPS North America from June 2013 to June 2022 and worked as a Project Manager at HDR from July 2001 to May 2013. Luis earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, after studying at The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1993.
