Ross Mulcahy

Ross Mulcahy, EIT, is a skilled roadway design engineer currently employed at STV since August 2025. Prior to this position, Ross worked as an engineer at Colliers Engineering & Design from November 2022 to June 2025 and served as a senior design engineer and design engineer at CME Associates between May 2019 and November 2022. Earlier in Ross's career, experience included the role of online sales manager at Cheap Maggie’s from May 2018 to August 2020 and an assistant position at Doc Shoes LLC from June 2010 to October 2018. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2018, and completed high school at Scotch Plains Fanwood High School from 2010 to 2014.
