Sam Dennard

Sam Dennard, PE, is a roadway engineer currently employed at STV since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sam served as a Transportation Engineer III at Columbia Engineering and Services, Inc. from April 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included designing roadway projects in Georgia to meet GDOT standards and producing electronic plans using OpenRoads and MicroStation. Sam began the professional career as a Transportation Engineer I at Pond & Company from June 2018 to March 2022 and completed an internship at WK Dickson, an Ardurra company, focusing on civil engineering tasks such as integrating survey data and drafting designs for airport projects. Sam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Engineering from the University of North Georgia.
