Yasser S. Alnajem

Yasser S. Alnajem, SOCPA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, MSc, currently serves as an Audit Committee Member for STV, Binariang GSM SDN, and Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) since August 2023. In addition, Yasser S. Alnajem has been the Internal Audit General Manager at stc since February 2017. Previous roles include serving as a member of the Training and Education Committee and the Exam Operation Team at الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين SOCPA, as well as being a member of the Loan Review Committee and Financial Audit Team Leader at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund - SIDF from April 2008 to January 2017. Yasser S. Alnajem holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.
