Monika Górecka

Monika Górecka is an experienced Delivery Manager at STX Next since October 2021, overseeing project portfolios with responsibilities in delivery, team management, budget oversight, and strategic planning. Monika has effectively led cross-functional teams, managed risks, and established strong client relationships while negotiating Service Level Agreements. Prior to this, Monika served as a member of the Management Board at Międzyuniwersyteckie Centrum Informatyzacji, contributing to the digital transformation of Polish universities. Monika also held roles as an IT Project Manager and Product Owner at the Office for European Projects, launching several impactful web applications, and as Head of the IT Department at Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, managing a team of IT specialists and overseeing key university systems. Monika holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, along with additional qualifications in business analysis and requirements management.
