Khalil Ur Rahman

Khalil Ur Rahman (CHRP) is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Total Rewards and Human Resources management. Currently serving as HR Lead Total Rewards at Style Textile since March 2022, Khalil Ur Rahman is responsible for processing the Annual Performance Appraisal Cycle and assisting in the development of rewards strategies and policies. Prior experience includes a tenure as Assistant Manager HR at urbansole, where responsibilities encompassed compensation and benefits, compliance, and payroll management for 500 employees. Khalil Ur Rahman holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
