Medha Gupta

Medha Gupta has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2004. Medha started their career at marketRx India, a Cognizant Company, as an HR Executive in 2004. In 2010, they joined Fiserv Global Services as an HR Business Partner, where they acted as a HR advisor to business on key HR issues and interventions. In 2013, they moved to Tech Mahindra as a Senior Manager, Global Leadership Cadre, where they were responsible for Leadership Acquisition and Development. In 2015, they joined Lynx Analytics as an HR Manager, and in 2020 they moved to TabSquare as a Regional HRBP. Currently, they are the Head of People for Style Theory, Southeast Asia's largest circular fashion platform, since 2021.

Medha Gupta has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University from 2001 to 2004 and an International Program in Management for Executives from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2012 to 2013.
