Ranis Syifaatul Fuadhah has a diverse work experience in customer service and administration roles. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Travel Agent at PT Kartika Tour and Travel, where they successfully sold over 100 travel tickets and maintained accurate financial records. Ranis then joined PT Jayatri Putri Gemilang as an Administration Staff, contributing to financial monitoring and employee support. In 2017, Ranis became a Store Associate at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, where they organized events, collaborated with partner brands, and provided customer service. Ranis later expanded their role at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA as a Customer Service Specialist and Luxury Personal Shopper. In 2020, they joined ZALORA Group, initially as a Customer Service Specialist and later as part of the Customer Satisfaction Team. There, they analyzed customer feedback, implemented solutions, and ensured timely resolution of inquiries and complaints. Currently, in 2023, Ranis is a Customer Experience Specialist at Style Theory, responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building customer relationships.
Ranis Syifaatul Fuadhah pursued their education from 2013 to 2015 at SMAN 17 Kabupaten Tangerang, where they focused on studying social sciences. Ranis later enrolled at Universitas Terbuka in 2021 and is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in Communications Sciences Department by 2024.
