Mahmoud Adel has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they joined Rushbrush, Inc. as Business Development & Trade Marketing Assistant Manager. Mahmoud'srole included creating and implementing the trade marketing strategy, building relationships with key suppliers, managing the promotional plan, and developing commercial toolboxes. From 2014-2022, they worked at minlo: Tank I Koldair I Uno in various roles, such as Business Development & Trade Marketing Supervisor, RTM.OPS and Demand Planner Senior Specialist, and Sales Coordinator (Key Accounts). In 2010, they worked at Seasons for Trade & Distribution as a Customer Service & Indoor Sales Specialist. Mahmoud'srole included organizing the showroom, providing an excellent service to customers, responding to inquiries, assisting customers in making product choices, and achieving showroom sales targets. In 2008, they worked at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts as Front Office Customer Service, where they welcomed guests and promoted loyalty amongst customers.

Mahmoud Adel completed a Bachelor's degree in B.S. in Commerce, Economics & foreign trade Department from New Cairo Academy between 2004 and 2008. Mahmoud then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between 2017 and 2019.
