Tabitha A. Hickerson

Tabitha A. Hickerson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tabitha started their career as a Global Sales Relationship Manager & Ops at Brown Brothers Harriman in 1998 and held that role until 2007. Tabitha then joined State Street as a VP of Client Management from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Prudential - Healthcare as a VP of Operations from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Client Strategy & Operations Consultant at the same company until 2018. Afterward, they joined Brown Brothers Harriman as a Consultant in 2017, before taking on the role of SVP of Operations at Stynt from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Tabitha is serving as the Chief People Officer at Stynt starting in July 2021.

Tabitha A. Hickerson has completed several educational programs and obtained certifications throughout their career. Tabitha has attended prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Bentley University. At MIT Sloan School of Management, Tabitha completed an Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy. At Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to their MBA, Tabitha obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Managerial Economics from Bentley University.

In addition to their formal education, Tabitha has also pursued specialized certifications. Tabitha holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they have obtained the Series 7 and 63 certifications from FINRA.

Tabitha has also completed certificate programs in their field of study. Tabitha obtained an M & B Certificate from Columbia University and an Accounting Certificate from Fordham University.
