Ilya Kislenko

Ilya Kislenko has a wealth of work experience in software engineering and automation. ☸️ Ilya began their career in 2005 as a Software QA Engineer at NVIDIA, where they setup CloudGaming automation testing, automated games and benchmark for Android platforms, and setup Linux workstation application automation testing. ☸️ Ilya then moved into a role as an Associate Linux System Administrator at NVIDIA, where they decreased baseline run time and automated the installation of various OS's. In 2011, they became an Automation Engineer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they created automated scripts in Java using Selenium libraries to gather real estate data from public web sites. From 2013 to 2017, Ilya worked as a Senior Automation Engineer at FireEye, Inc., a Senior Automation QA Engineer at Machine Zone, and a Principal SW Automation Engineer at EMC. In 2020, they joined VMware Tanzu as a Member of Technical Staff, and in 2021 they moved to MuleSoft as a Software Engineering PMTS. Ilya is currently employed at Styra as a Platform Technical Lead.

Ilya Kislenko has a diverse educational background. ☸️ Ilya obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Moscow Computer Science College (MTIiVT) between 2001 and 2005. In 2011, they earned a Certificate in Java Development from Foothill College. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Embedded Systems - Shape the World from UTAustinX in March 2014, and FireEye Certified Associate from FireEye, Inc. in June 2013.
