Job description

What We're Looking For

Stytch is the most powerful identity platform built for developers – bringing together authentication, authorization, and fraud into purpose-built APIs that provide the foundations that allow developers to scale rapidly.

This role will own the developer onboarding and activation journey – from initial discovery and education, to testing out our APIs and SDKs, to integrating Stytch into a production application and going live. You’ll be the PM for our web team, which owns the docs and dashboard, and partner with developer relations on our example apps and SDKs.

Success in this role will involve gaining a deep understanding of our developers and their goals, identifying pain points and gaps, and designing solutions that make onboarding to Stytch intuitive and delightful.

What Excites You

  • Company level impact and agency
  • Owning a complex user journey that spans across many surface areas, from dashboard and docs to example apps
  • A product culture with an emphasis on critical reasoning and informed intuition

What Excites Us

  • Prior experience owning growth, onboarding, or activation at an early/mid stage B2B startup
  • Technical background and/or experience working on developer tools
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication of technical concepts for a range of audiences
  • Strong root-cause and systems thinking

What Success Looks Like

  • Technical — identify pain points, design solutions that help educate and delight developers throughout their activation journey, and execute on the most impactful projects for driving Stytch’s growth
  • Ownership — advocate for projects and solutions that you believe in and bring them to market
  • Leadership — level up your teammates by providing mentorship and guidance

Expected base salary $150,000 - $190,000. The anticipated base salary range is not inclusive of full benefits including equity, health care insurance, time off, paid parental leave, etc. This base salary is accurate based on information at the time of posting. Actual compensation for hired candidates will be determined using a number of factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

We're looking to hire a GREAT team and that means hiring people who are highly empathetic, ambitious, and excited about building the future of user authentication. You should feel empowered to apply for this role even if your experience doesn't exactly match up to our job description (our job descriptions are directional and not perfect recipes for exactly what we need).

We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspace where everyone (regardless of age, education, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any personal characteristics) feels like they belong. We look forward to hearing from you!
