Prior to this, Yathish was the Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at RESure Inc., where they worked towards making insurance more affordable and accessible through the use of emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI.

Yathish also has a significant tenure at Huawei Technologies, where they held various roles including Chief Enterprise Architect and Chief Architect/Chief Technology Officer. During their time at Huawei, Yathish played a crucial role in transitioning the software business from a loss-making venture to a profitable one. Yathish was actively involved in driving digital transformation strategies for major telecommunications companies and helped develop strategies for 5G, IoT, and Blockchain.

Before their stint at Huawei, Yathish held the position of Engineering Head - Enterprise Solutions Group at SupportSoft Inc. and Consona Corporation. Yathish also worked at CSG Systems, Inc. where they started as a Senior Software Engineer and rose to become the Director of Architecture, Analysis, and Design. Yathish contributed to the company's growth from a few million dollars to over $3 billion in market cap. During their time at CSG Systems, Yathish built cloud-based BSS systems and led the agile transformation of the company.

Yathish began their career as a Senior Consultant at Computer Enterprises Inc. and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Virtual Windows Pvt. Ltd.

Yathish Nagavalli completed their B.E. degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University between 1987 and 1991. Subsequently, they pursued and obtained an MBA degree in Finance, General from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 1997 and 1999.
