Arnie Baum

Arnie Baum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Arnie began their career as Vice President & General Counsel at Keystone Camera Products Corp., where they oversaw legal matters and SEC compliance. Arnie then served as Vice President & General Counsel at Golden Holding, Ltd., managing M&A activities and coordinating various contracts and programs. Arnie later became President and CEO of Premier Paper Manufacturing Corp., achieving significant sales growth and ROI. Arnie then served as Chief Operating Officer at CFA Distribution, Ltd., overseeing its expansion and securing major contracts. Arnie went on to co-found Performance Marketing Associates, where they tripled sales and introduced environmentally friendly products. Arnie also served as Chief Operating Officer at SmartAdvocate LLC, developing and marketing a case management system. Currently, Arnie is the Chief Operating Officer of Subin Associates, responsible for operational, administrative, marketing, and business development aspects of the law firm.

Arnie Baum completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Binghamton University School of Management in the years 1973 to 1977. Following that, they pursued further education at Boston University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D) degree in Law from 1977 to 1980.
