Jen Marsden is a seasoned communications consultant and editor currently serving as Chief Madhatter at Madhatter Creative Co. since 2007, specializing in sustainability and strategic publishing for various corporate and independent clients, including notable brands like Travelopia and Weleda. Additionally, Jen holds a fellowship at the Royal Society of Arts and contributes as a writer and editor for Sublime Magazine. Previous experience includes significant roles in marketing and guest relations at Enchanting Travels, editorial contributions to the National PTA and several media outlets, and management positions in communications for organizations such as Slow Food and the Soil Association. An alumnus of Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing with English, Jen also has a background in performing arts from Edinburgh Acting School.
