Joe Hicken

Joe Hicken is currently the Vice President of Business Development and Policy at Sublime Systems, where Joe is involved in the development of ultra low carbon cement technology. Prior to this, Joe held various policy and business development roles at companies such as Aclima, Inc. and The White House during the Obama Administration. Joe's educational background includes Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Psychology from UC San Diego.
