Wojciech Lipiński

Wojciech Lipiński is a Field Engineer at Submer. Wojciech previously worked as a Project Engineer at Nestlé from February 2017 to December 2019.

Lipiński has experience in investment projects execution and supervision, including the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment for packaging and palletizing. Wojciech is skilled in ensuring efficient technical projects execution according to the scope, budget, quality and schedule, considering legal regulations, norms, procedures and internal standards.

Lipiński played a leading role in packaging equipment design, project cost and schedule monitoring & control, equipment and services contracting, Production Lines relocation and installation, and budget analyses for individual projects. Wojciech was responsible for preparing the technical specification and selecting the suppliers. Wojciech also coordinated supplier and daily working activities during the project (safety related task, coordination with other companies up to 10 different suppliers) according to the procedures and regulations.

Lipiński supported the necessary tests and trials in order to set up the optimum parameters of the lines/equipment. Wojciech prepared all the necessary documentation related to technical projects in compliance with the investment procedures. Wojciech also managed procurement activities (Purchase order, tender preparation, cost management).

Wojciech Lipiński has a Master of Science in Renewable Sources of Energy from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Municipal Power Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
