Elliot Hoeks

Elliot Hoeks is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, analysis, and operations. As Co-Founder of Choose Effective Consulting since June 2023, Elliot demonstrates strong entrepreneurial skills. Elliot serves as First Sergeant in the United States Air Force since February 2013, where significant accomplishments include receiving the highest qualification as an Intelligence Analyst through collaborative and timely analysis. Elliot has held the position of Operations Manager at Submeter Solutions Inc. since April 2020, overseeing order fulfillment and project management. From September 2017 to April 2020, Elliot was a Missionary and Worship Leader at Resonate Church, focusing on community development at Eastern Washington University. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Sales Representative at Submeter Solutions Inc., where Elliot enhanced customer interaction processes. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and additional educational credentials in imagery intelligence and general education.
