Becky Monnens

Becky Monnens is an experienced international program manager currently serving at Submittable and Bright Funds. With a robust background in community engagement and program management, Monnens has held key positions at Unite Us, First Peoples Fund, Black Hills Area Community Foundation, and The McKnight Foundation, where responsibilities included impact measurement and budget management. Monnens began a career in leadership with roles at Mano a Mano International and Carmen Pampa Fund, demonstrating strong organizational skills and successful grant management. Education includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish from South Dakota State University.
