Shawn Smith

Shawn Smith has a long and varied work experience. Shawn began their career in 1997 as a Captain in the United States Air Force. In 2002, they moved to Pacific West Securities as Vice President of Due Diligence. In 2011, they became Director of Risk Assessment at FactRight, LLC. In 2013, they were Director at FR Risk Management, LLC. In 2014, they became Vice President of Due Diligence at Walton Group of Companies. In 2015, they worked as an Independent Consultant as an Investment Analyst. In 2017, they joined Moz as Manager of Marketing Operations and Analytics and Sales Operations & Analytics Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Submittable since 2022.

Shawn Smith obtained a BA in History from the University of Washington between 1993 and 1997. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in SEO Essentials from Moz.
