Szmozsánszky István

Szmozsánszky István has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Szmozsánszky is currently working at Suborbital Software Systems as a DevEx Engineer, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a board member at Bay Area Tech Club starting in 2020. From 2016, István founded and worked as a technical consultant at Skylark Software Consulting OÜ. Szmozsánszky'swork experience also includes roles at Mozilla from 2013 to 2020, where they were involved in developer relations, community management, and event organization. Szmozsánszky also served as the Developer Lead of Firefox OS Hungary during this time. István has worked as a frontend trainer at DPC Consulting Kft from 2015 to 2019 and as a UI Developer at POSSIBLE in 2015. Before that, they worked as a frontend developer at Carnation from 2013 to 2015 and as a web developer at HL-System Kft from 2012 to 2013.

Szmozsánszky István completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest from 2010-2013. Prior to that, they pursued a vocational degree in Electronic Graphic Artist from Leonardo Média Akadémia from 2008-2010. Szmozsánszky also had a period of study at Debreceni Egyetem from 2004-2007, where they engaged in Systems and Software Engineering but did not complete the degree.
