Srini Dampur has over three decades of experience in engineering and product development within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Subros Limited since May 2016, Srini Dampur drives new product and technology development aimed at sustainability. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Subros, focusing on new product development and program management for India's largest automotive air conditioning manufacturer. At National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), Srini Dampur held the position of Vice President for R&D and Business Development, where responsibilities included creating a technology center and enhancing manufacturing capabilities. Previous experience includes leadership roles at The Timken Company and BEML, with a strong emphasis on engineering, customer interaction, and market research. Srini Dampur holds a Master’s degree in Automobile Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
