Motiur Rahman

Motiur Rahman is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, currently serving as a ROV pilot technician at Middle East for Commercial Diving (MECD) since July 2024. Previously, Motiur held the position of Senior Electrical Lay Technician at Subsea7, where responsibilities included J-Lay and S-Lay operations on a 5000mt HLMC with Deck Crane. Motiur's experience also encompasses roles such as JLT/VLS Control Room Operator at Saipem and ROV Technician at COOEC, where skills in operating advanced machinery and control systems were developed. Additionally, Motiur worked as an Electrical Supervisor on the Qatar Metro Rail Red Line South Project and as a Rig Electrician at Essar Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Ltd. Motiur holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from America Bangladesh University and has completed high voltage safe working practice training.
