Serhiy Alymov

Serhiy Alymov is an experienced Chief Electrician and Marine ETO currently employed by Subsea 7 since June 2011, primarily onboard the Seven Sun (IOM) MPLCS V vessel. With a solid background in maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic installations, machinery automation, and communication systems, Serhiy has developed expertise over a decade in various roles as an Electro-Technical Officer across multiple vessels, including the Seven Pacific, Rio, and Waves. Prior to Subsea 7, Serhiy held positions with Vroon and several maritime companies where responsibilities included overseeing ship communications systems and electrical maintenance. Serhiy graduated from Kherson Maritime College in 2003 with a degree as a Ship's Electrical Engineer, specializing in ships' power plants.
