Darcy Ralston

Darcy Ralston (McArdle) is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Substation Engineering Company since December 2023, following a tenure at CPS Energy from January 2016 to December 2023 where Ralston served as a Substation & Transmission Project Manager, overseeing critical infrastructure modernization projects. Prior to that role, Ralston successfully led the Substation & Transmission Contractor Safety & Performance program. Earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Process Engineer at NOV Fiber Glass Systems from October 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed implementing eManufacturing and various technological systems. Ralston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Engineering and Mathematics from Michigan State University.
