Lauren Putthoff

Lauren Putthoff has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Engineering Manager at Substation Engineering Company since November 2023, following a significant tenure at Black & Veatch as an Electrical Design Engineer from October 2015 to November 2023. Lauren's expertise includes quality checking substation deliverables ranging from 12.47kV to 500kV and overseeing various engineering projects. Prior experience at Honeywell Aerospace involved managing the Olathe Avionics factory and performing electrical engineering tasks, including advanced statistical analysis for problem-solving. Lauren holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained in 2012.
