Russell Moore is an experienced culinary and business professional with a diverse background in catering, food service management, and restaurant operations. As the CEO and Executive Chef of CeeMoore Blessings Family Catering since February 2011, Russell oversees all aspects of the catering business including menu planning, marketing, and staff management. Additional roles include Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut, Private Chef for Delta Gamma House at the University of Florida, and Dietary Service Director at a rehabilitation facility. Russell has also held positions as Executive Chef at Legend Senior Living™ and The Pines Residential Treatment Center, as well as serving as a Culinary Specialist in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Santa Fe College and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Science from the Culinary Institute of Virginia.
