Brandon Iacone is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary and Innovation at Subway since August 2022, Brandon previously held positions such as Corporate Culinary Manager at Royal Caribbean Group and Culinary Director at OTG Management. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate R&D Chef at Hard Rock International and Area Executive Chef for Rosa Mexicano Restaurants.
