Clay Harmon

Clay Harmon is the Managing Director at Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm managing $33 billion in assets. Since 2007, Clay has played a pivotal role at Roark, focusing on investments in franchised and multi-location businesses. In addition to this role, Clay has been a board member for multiple companies including Nothing Bundt Cakes, PetValu, Subway, and Mathnasium since 2021. Prior to joining Roark, Clay gained experience in transaction advisory services at Ernst & Young and worked in assurance at KPMG. Clay earned education from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business from 1998 to 2003.
