Edwina Perfanov

Edwina Perfanov has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People at Success Academy Charter Schools, where responsibilities include managing the entire people function while also acting as Interim Head of HR. Prior to this role, Edwina was Vice President of Human Resources at Bond Vet, leading a team of 25 and overseeing all HR and talent acquisition functions. Edwina's experience also includes key HR roles at HelloFresh, where the establishment of the HR Enablement Function was a significant achievement, and at Shutterstock, providing strategic HR partnership across various business units. Edwina began a career as an Associate Consultant at Leathwaite, managing recruitment for leadership HR positions. Educationally, Edwina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Acting from the National Institute of Dramatic Art and a CPR-AED Adult & First Aid Certificate from the American Red Cross.
