Marni Aronson

Marni Aronson has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Marni started their career as a Litigation Paralegal Intern at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in 2011. In 2012, they served as a Global Strategy Practice Intern at Bain & Company. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Teach For America. Following that, they joined Success Academy Charter Schools in 2015 as an Education Manager, then moved on to become a Principal in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of School Management Office at Success Academy Charter Schools.

Marni Aronson holds a Master of Science degree in Elementary Education from The Johns Hopkins University. Marni also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Spanish from the same university. Additionally, they attended Rye Country Day School. Marni has a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, which they obtained in 2023.
