Rick McLaughlin

Rick McLaughlin, AMP, has over 15 years of experience in various leadership and teaching roles, currently serving as a Franchisee at Mathnasium of Northside San Antonio since October 2008. In May 2024, Rick transitioned to a role in Reverse Mortgage Business Development at Success Mortgage Partners, supporting veteran Tim Malcolm. Previous positions include Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager and Senior Account Executive at Maxwell, and Executive Sales Consultant at Colonial Companies. Additional experience encompasses multi-unit ownership at SA Salons LLC, VP Lending and Collections at River City Federal Credit Union, and Sr. Loan Consultant at RPM Mortgage Inc. Rick also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Concordia University Texas and the University of Phoenix. Rick earned an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
