Chia Hung

Chia Hung possesses extensive experience in subtitle translation and customer support, currently serving as a Subtitle Translator and Editor at CCJK Technologies since September 2022, specializing in English to Traditional Chinese translation for various media. In addition to freelance work as a Subtitle Translator for SUCCESSGLO PTE LTD since January 2020, Chia Hung worked as a Customer Support Representative at Faria Education Group from May 2023 to October 2023, where responsibilities included providing support via Zendesk, training customers, and conducting Quality Assurance testing. Moreover, Chia Hung has experience as a Global Project Manager at Aiello from May 2022 to May 2023, leading project teams for the deployment of smart speaker systems in hotel environments. Chia Hung holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from National Chiao Tung University, obtained in 2019.
