Piyush Patel

Piyush drives technology vision and architecture across SuccessKPI. He leads a globally distributed and diverse team of technologists responsible for building, operating, and securing the company’s innovative serverless, highly secured, and AI-driven products and platform. He is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Prior to SuccessKPI, Piyush held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte, Amazon Web Service (AWS), Genesys, MicroStrategy, etc. He brings over 20 years of product development experience in enterprise software including leading analytics, big data, and AI-based platforms in the contact center space.

Piyush holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from GLSIIT, Ahmedabad, India, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Gujarat University, India.
