Vivek Patel

Vivek Patel is the manager of software engineering at SuccessKPI. Vivek has also worked as a big data engineer at Freddie Mac from November 2018 to July 2021 and as a software automation engineer at Genesys from August 2015 to July 2018. As a software automation engineer, they were responsible for writing, updating, automating and documenting test cases for IVR System. Vivek was also responsible for troubleshooting and fixing bugs in the system.

Vivek Patel has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from PVCC Workforce Services. Vivek is certified from LinkedIn in AWS for DevOps: Security, Governance, and Validation.
