Guido de Regt has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Currently, Guido is the Recruitment Lead at Successr, focusing on leading the team of Recruitment Business Partners and Recruitment Specialists. Guido is also the Talent Acquisition Project Manager at RUBIX-BNL, leading the team in building an inhouse Talent Acquisition function. Moreover, Guido is the Talent Acquisition lead Center of Excellence EMEA at YANMAR Europe, where Guido develops Talent Acquisition programs as part of the HR Center of Excellence for EMEA. Throughout their career, Guido has demonstrated expertise in total talent management, recruitment consultancy, and project management in the Benelux area.
