James Shotbolt

James Shotbolt is an experienced professional in operational risk management, currently serving as Head of Operational Risk at Sucden Financial since October 2021, where responsibilities include the development and management of the firm's Operational Risk Management Framework. Prior roles include Operational Risk Manager at StoneX Group Inc., and GAIN Capital, in addition to significant experience at Barclays, where James held various positions including Senior Conduct Risk Insight and Reporting Manager and Governance & Control Manager.
