Toby Osborne

Toby Osborne is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles, currently serving as CFO at Sucden Financial Limited since September 2015, overseeing accounts, treasury, compliance, and risk, among other functions. Toby is also a founding member, director, and company secretary at TN Woodland CIC Ltd, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving local woodlands in Kent. Prior to these roles, Toby held various positions at Czarnikow, including CFO, where significant enhancements in risk governance and compliance were implemented. Previous experience includes finance and auditing roles at Caterpillar Inc., Synergy Health PLC, and Ernst & Young, establishing a solid foundation in financial management and internal audit. Toby holds a BA (hons) in Engineering & Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified ACA with the ICAEW.
