Aamir Elgaili

Aamir Elgaili is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Learning & OD Senior Manager at Sudani since December 2021. Prior to this, Aamir held the roles of Human Resources Director and Learning and Development Manager at Defense Industries System, and worked as a Lecturer at Sudan University of Science and Technology from November 2014 to August 2021, where key achievements included the implementation of the Flipped Classroom Model and innovative learning technologies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Aamir's extensive background also includes significant positions at INMAA and AlNile Bank, where notable contributions involved establishing Learning and Development functions, introducing transformative training initiatives, and developing comprehensive career management models. Aamir holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Sudan University of Science and Technology, complemented by an ERASMUS exchange program in Turkey, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
