Richard Saint has a diverse and extensive work experience. Richard started their career as an Intranet Content Editor at Johnson & Johnson in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Richard then joined Amazon and held various roles, including Senior Manager of Content and Marketing, Cross-Site Project Manager, and Senior Online Content and Marketing Manager in the Film & TV department. Following their time at Amazon, Richard took a career break in 2015. Richard then joined Oxfam as a Senior eCommerce Product Manager, leading a team responsible for the Oxfam Online Shop website. Richard later joined HTC Vive, where they served as a Senior eCommerce Manager for Europe, Head of eCommerce & Digital for EMEA, and Head of Marketing EMEA. Their responsibilities at HTC included overseeing direct-to-consumer and B2B sales, digital activities such as website optimization and PPC, and partner marketing for virtual reality and smartphone products. Currently, Richard is the Head of eCommerce at Sue Ryder.

Richard Saint attended Brunel University London from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Film & TV. Richard received a first-class honors for their degree. In September 2017, they obtained a certification in CPUX-F from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V.
