Yoghatama Cindya Zanzer is a seasoned professional in the field of nutritional science, currently serving as Manager of Nutrition Science at both BENEO and Südzucker since November 2019, focusing on prebiotics and functional carbohydrate research. Prior experience includes Clinical Project Lead and PhD candidate at Lund University, where product formulations for Brazilian beverages were developed, and a Research Fellow in Bioinformatics at Maastricht University, specializing in high-throughput genomics data analysis. Additional research positions include Molecular Medicine and Chronic Diseases at CiMUS and Epigenetics at the Institute of Molecular Biology. Yoghatama holds a PhD in Applied Human Clinical and Molecular Nutrition from Lund University, an MSc in Biotechnology and Biomedical Science from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from EOI Business School, and a BSc in Nutrition Sciences and Food Processing from IPB University.
