Karina Zedda

Karina Zedda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membrane technology and application development. Currently serving as the Head of Membrane and Application Development for SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions since July 2021, Zedda also holds the position of Head of Membrane Chemistry Laboratory at LANXESS since June 2013. Key responsibilities include new product development, project management, and technology scouting, involving collaboration with academic and industry partners. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral research position at University Tübingen, focusing on innovative membrane filtration methods for water treatment. Zedda holds a PhD in Membrane Technology from Nanyang Technological University and Stanford University, as well as a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the same institutions, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
