Ashley Polin has extensive experience as an Assistant District Attorney. Ashley began their career at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts in September 2011 and worked there until February 2014. Ashley then returned to the same office in February 2014 and continued to serve as an Assistant District Attorney until April 2019. Ashley has handled various responsibilities and cases within this role. From November 2019 to January 2021, they worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Norfolk District Attorney's Office. More recently, Ashley Polin has taken on leadership responsibilities as the Chief of Human Trafficking and Exploitation Unit at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office starting in September 2022.

Ashley Polin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from James Madison University from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Suffolk University Law School from 2007 to 2011.
