Tal Marmur Sirota has a rich and diverse work experience. Currently, Tal serves as the VP of R&D at Sufresca since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director for New Product Introduction - Strategic Global Launches from November 2018 to August 2021. Tal also worked as a Guest Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from January 2018 to October 2018.

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Tal worked at Nutrinia as the Director of Operations, where they initiated pivotal studies, led IMP training, and generated information sheets and manuals for clinical staff. They also held the role of R&D & Clinical Manager at Nutrinia, where they developed pharmaceutical treatments for Gastro Intestinal tract diseases, led multiple research and development projects, and supervised vendors for manufacturing, pre-clinical, and clinical studies.

Tal's earlier experience includes working as a Food Technologist at Nestle Israel - Osem Ltd., where they harmonized and optimized raw materials, identifying opportunities for product design and technology optimization. They also worked as an R&D Technologist at Classeed Ltd.

Tal's career began as a Class and Laboratory Instructor at Hebrew University and as a Tank Fire Control System Instructor in the IDF.
