Caddie Leung

Caddie Leung has extensive experience in administrative and customer support roles, currently serving as a Senior Administrative/Logistic Specialist at Sugar Bowl Bakery since November 2014. Responsibilities include managing EDI order processing, assisting wholesalers with inquiries, overseeing inventory transfers, negotiating freight rates, and preparing key reports. Prior to this role, Caddie worked as a Customer Care Specialist at AEC Alarms, providing technical support and managing service requests. Experience also includes serving as an Account Specialist/Customer Service Supervisor at iTouchless Housewares & Products and as a Sales Supervisor at U2 HOME ENTERTAINMENT, where Caddie launched the first Chinese IPTV platform in the U.S. Caddie Leung holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
