Steven Gray has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Steven is currently the Director of Operations at Sugar Bowl Bakery since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of FSQA at Sugar Bowl Bakery from June 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Sugar Bowl Bakery, Steven worked at Clif Bar & Company for 13 years. Steven held the position of Director FSQA - Innovation & Technology from August 2015 to February 2021 and Food Safety & Integrity Manager - Ingredients from June 2008 to August 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Amy's Kitchen as the QA Manager - Raw Materials from May 2003 to September 2007. Steven also has experience working at General Mills as an Ingredient Manager from 2001 to 2003 and at The Pillsbury Company as a Supplier Quality Assurance from 1995 to 2001. Throughout their career, Steven has focused on managing quality relationships with suppliers, driving quality and food safety improvements, and developing vendor management tools.
Steven Gray attended the University of California, Davis from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science and Management.
