Brad Pinkerton has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Brad started their career as an English Teacher at The English Academy from 1990 to 1992. Brad then transitioned to Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Auditor, managing financial audits from 1992 to 1995.

In 1997, Brad joined Nestle USA, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant for the Flipz Brand and later became a Marketing Associate for Confections & Snacks. During this time, they championed a successful marketing initiative for the Wonderball Brand, leading to a significant increase in sales and distribution. Brad also played a key role in securing licensing agreements with Mattel and Warner Bros. to expand the Wonderball franchise.

Brad moved to Bimbo Bakeries USA in 2002 as a Brand Manager for Oroweat Bread. Here, they developed a new brand strategy and media campaign, promoting healthier products and positioning Oroweat as the "Official Bread Supplier of the 2004 U." Brad then worked at El Pollo Loco, Inc. as a Senior Manager and later as a Director, playing a crucial role in menu redesign, launching new products, and optimizing brand profitability.

Most recently, Brad joined Sugar Foods Corporation in 2012 as a Director of Brand Marketing. Brad increased overall brand sales, re-launched a salad toppings line with new products and packaging, and led cross-functional teams to improve brand profitability.
