Jim Lardy has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jim started their career at Campbell's Soup in 2005 as Director of National Accounts and stayed there until 2012. After that, they joined Sargento Foods as a Senior National Account Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following their time at Sargento Foods, Jim worked at Blue Diamond Growers as the Director of Food Service Sales from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Food Service Sales and Strategic Partnerships at Sugar Foods Corporation, where they have been since 2018.
Jim Lardy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John Fisher College between 1985 and 1989. Later, between 1994 and 1998, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
