Carrie Wozadlo

Carrie Wozadlo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carrie began their career at IBM Global Services as an Application Integrator, providing help desk support and managing data maintenance. Carrie then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, where they prepared organizations for audits, coached project managers, and led status meetings. After that, Carrie became a Project Manager at IBM Global Services, overseeing the development and deployment of web applications. In 2010, they ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own consulting business called Bright Beginnings Baby Planner, offering maternity consulting and event planning services. Carrie joined SugarCRM in 2012 and held various roles, such as Talent Program Manager and Manager Talent Acquisition Programs, where they managed global staffing and talent acquisition initiatives. Carrie later became the Sr. Manager and finally the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at SugarCRM. Throughout their career, Carrie has demonstrated a results-oriented and hands-on approach to leadership and has a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Carrie Wozadlo obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Humboldt University.
