Louis James is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and project support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Business Analyst at SugarCRM since June 2020, Louis previously held the position of Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region at the same company. Prior to SugarCRM, Louis worked at Unilink as a Project Support Engineer and at Aviva as a Technical Change Consultant and Project Subject Matter Expert in International PMI.
